Our grout staining sealing process prevents against grout discoloration for years when properly maintained. Our Color Seal product contains constant acting mildicides that provide a sanitary surface for years. It can be made in almost any color and will completely waterproof the grout surface. To begin the restoration process, a specially formulated tile and grout cleaner is first applied to the entire tile floor, after which, all grout lines are agitated and all tile is brushed down. The cleaning agent is then removed with a combination of high pressure steam which breaks up the soiling, allowing it to be extracted using a high pressure extraction vacuum system. The grout stain sealer is then thoroughly brushed into each newly cleaned grout line by hand. After the grout stain sealer is applied, the excess is then removed and the floor is buffed back to “like-new” condition.
